All Care Pass procedures are performed in private hospitals in Damascus equipped for general anaesthesia and post-operative monitoring. Theatres are visited and audited by Care Pass before any surgeon is added.
Care Pass surgeons must be board-certified, complete excellent university and specialist training, and pass our clinic audit and patient interview process before joining the roster.
Care Pass operates a written care guarantee. If a complication occurs from our surgeon's work within 12 months, we will arrange and cover the revision — flights, hotel and surgical fees. This is in addition to the surgeon's own warranty.
We work with trusted hotel and transport partners so patients can move quickly from airport to consultation, surgery, follow-up, and recovery without handling the logistics themselves.
